How Maneet lost weight

On a normal day, Manmeet wakes up at 6 a.m. and does some light stretching. He then does an hour of cardio. On top of that, he does strength training three times a week. Why losing weight was so important to him
In 2012, Chauhan was diagnosed with a rare and inoperable disease. Doctors did not give him much time to live, but he was determined to live as healthy as possible. Chauhan struggled for years with his weight. At his heaviest, he weighed 430 pounds, more than double his ideal weight of 185 pounds. His weight problems began when he was 12 years old, after he was introduced to cigarettes and alcohol by his friends. By the time he was 19 years old, Chauhan had started smoking marijuana. A few years later, Chauhan tried drugs for the first time, but decided to quit after three months. But by his late 20s, Chauhan had become addicted to smoking marijuana. He was taking Adderall, Xanax, Xanax XR, and Subutex, which were prescribed for his mental health issues.
How he changed his life around for the better
He was on a medical leave for a shoulder injury, but it turned out that he suffered from bulimia nervosa (the binge eating disorder), heart failure, sleep apnea, and other ailments that he didn’t discover until later. He went to the doctor for regular checkups, but they would consistently find more problems in his health. This went on for nearly six years. But the doctor never saw anything wrong with him until he developed an unhealthy body mass. His doctor also asked him if he had a goal for his life.
